Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Rental Agreement
By booking a vehicle through JT 44 CARS, you agree to these terms and conditions. Each rental constitutes a binding agreement between you (the “Renter”) and JT 44 CARS (the “Company”). The rental period begins at the confirmed pickup time and ends at the confirmed return time.
2. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years. Additional age restrictions may apply to certain vehicle categories. A valid credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking.
3. Deposit & Payment
A deposit of 10% of the total rental amount is collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon vehicle pickup. All prices are in USD and include basic insurance coverage. A 5% service fee is applied to all bookings.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the total booking value. No-shows forfeit the full deposit amount.
5. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be operated in compliance with all local traffic laws. Smoking, racing, off-road driving, and use of vehicles for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited. The Renter is responsible for any fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
6. Insurance & Liability
Basic insurance coverage is included with every rental. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle up to the deductible amount specified in the rental agreement. Additional insurance options are available at the time of booking to reduce or eliminate deductible liability.
7. Late Returns
Vehicles returned after the agreed-upon time may incur late fees calculated on a per-hour basis. Returns more than 4 hours late will be charged an additional full-day rate. Please contact us in advance if you anticipate a late return.
